Customisation of training content

Your organisation can customise the training content to focus on internal procedures and risks. For example, you may want to incorporate specific case studies, internal reporting structures or content which is specific to departments or functions. Tailored content can be incorporated into the standard content, added as additional sections or can even replace standard content so that it is more appropriate to your organisation. The content can also be translated into any major language to meet your global needs.

Customisation of testing

The question bank and its functionality are both fully customisable. You are able to add company specific questions, determine the number of questions that staff must answer and determine the competency threshold that employees must attain. In addition, you may decide that all staff should sit the same competency tests and not be tested at random.

Customisation of reporting

The reporting function can be configured to integrate with your existing organisational structure. Each report is presented in a similar format and enables you to move easily between related reports. This allows for easy interpretation of the data.
